Thinner hoodie then expected , embroidery is nice but would have looked better on a higher quality garment. Delivery was quick , can't complain . Customer service however is absolutely appalling. After agreeing to check if they were able to fulfil a request months ago I am still awaiting a response despite contacting them several times. I accidently ordered a hoodie from this company not realising it was the same one I had made contact with month ago . I received a response up untill I mentioned my previous request then the seller stopped responding again . All my correspondence had been polite . If you say you will look into the request and find you are unable to do it . it would be expected you let the customer know the outcome. For this reason I will never shop with this business again.

Lovely gift subtle meaning without it being obvious which is what I wanted. So many options to choose from as well. There was some personalisation missed but think this was because I asked for slightly different to advertised and due to the time of year seller was obviously very busy. The delivery was so fast and in time for Christmas which I was so happy about. Would recommend seller but would double check with them before hand they can do what you would like before ordering so you are not disappointed.
