Order Processing
We aim to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.
- Same Working Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday to Friday) are shipped the same working day.
- Weekend Orders: We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Any orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
- Public Holidays: Orders placed on UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During peak times (such as holidays or sales events), dispatch times may be slightly delayed. If this occurs, we will clearly notify customers via a website banner or an update on our blog.
