Let’s say handmade… with a bit of machine magic. We draw, personalise, and prep every design ourselves — then our embroidery or printing machines help bring them to life. Still no factories, still no drop-shipping. Just a lot of love and late nights from a small, slightly over-caffeinated team making gifts that mean something.

Not right now, sorry! Some of our smaller items — like keychains, wristlets, and jewellery — come with optional gift bags at checkout, but we don’t offer full gift wrapping just yet. We’re a small team juggling a lot, but it’s something we’re hoping to offer in the future.

Absolutely! If you have something special in mind, contact us with your idea — we love creating unique, one-of-a-kind pieces.

We don’t usually send previews as we work on a tight production timeline — most orders are made and dispatched within 24 hours, so we often can’t wait for approval. That said, if your design is complex or highly customised, feel free to message us before (or right after) placing your order and we’ll do our best to send one. We can’t promise it’ll be before production, but we’ll try where we can!

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2PM (Monday–Friday) on the same day. That gives us a 24-hour window to design, create, and pack your item — all in-house, by our small team. It’s a quick turnaround, but never rushed — and it’s exactly what makes our products that little bit more special.

Our standard UK delivery takes around 1-2 working days after dispatch, but we also offer a next-day option at checkout if you’re in a rush.

For international orders, delivery times vary depending on where you are — most arrive within 5–10 working days, but it can be longer during busy periods or customs delays. Either way, you’ll get a tracking link to keep an eye on things!

If the parcel has already been shipped, unfortunately we can’t change it mid-delivery. In most cases, the order will be returned to us and we can resend it.

We know how important your order is — whether it’s a birthday gift or a just-because hoodie — and we’ll always do our best to sort it quickly.

Since most of our products are personalised and made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Even our non-personalised items are made to order or printed on demand, so we can’t offer exchanges for things like sizing or colour changes.

Unfortunately not — our licence plate design has a strict size limit, and anything over 8 characters just doesn’t fit or look right. We recommend keeping it short and sweet for the best result - just like a real licence plate!

Unfortunately not — the back is coated in a protective white vinyl, which isn’t suitable for personalisation.

If there’s a clear film on the back, yes — that’s just a protective layer we sometimes forget to peel off (oops).

But please don’t peel the white vinyl layer — that’s meant to stay! It’s what gives your keychain its clean finish and colour on the reverse side.

You can request it without the keyring attached, but we can’t remove the hole — it’s pre-cut into the design, so it’ll still be there even without the ring.

Glow in the dark products require a charge of light, as the keyring has been sitting in a dark bag over the last few days it’s likely to have lost that charge…
Don’t worry, that’s common at first! The plate needs to “charge” under direct light to glow properly — pop it under a lamp or sunlight for 10–15 minutes and it should do the trick.

We only offer gold or black at the moment — no silver, sorry! You can check which ones are available on the product listing before you order.

Easy. Every product page has a size guide — and it actually works. Grab a tape measure (or your favourite hoodie/t-shirt), check your chest/length, and compare. If you're between sizes, size up for slouchy, down for snug.

As close as humanly possible — but hey, they’re size guides, not prophecy. We measure based on flat lay, but small variations happen. If you’re super specific about your fit, drop us a message and we’ll help you find your perfect match (in apparel form, anyway).

Cold wash, inside out, and air dry if you love your clothes. Avoid tumble dryers (unless you like risky shrinkage) and definitely don’t iron directly on the print unless you want it to look like a lava lamp. Wash it nice, wear it forever.

Since everything’s made to order just for you, we can’t do exchanges for sizing. Harsh, we know — but it helps us avoid waste and keeps the chaos under control. Need help before you order? Just message us — we’ll help you pick the right size the first time around.

Maybe! If you’ve got your heart set on a colour or style you don’t see on our website, drop us a message. We might be able to source it from our supplier and print it just for you. It might take a little longer to arrive (since we have to order it in specially), but we’ll do our best to make it happen. Custom is kind of our thing.

Yep! All of our teddies are EN71 certified, which means they’ve passed all the safety checks required for soft toys in the UK and EU. They’re suitable for all ages — even newborns — so no stress if one ends up in a cot, a school bag, or a high-speed tea party.

We now offer two sizes — a smaller classic size, and a big teddy for when you want to go all out on the fluff. Sizes can vary slightly between bear types, but you’ll find exact measurements on the product page. Both are cute. One is just extra cute.

Only the big ones do! They come with a discreet zip across the back so the stuffing insert can be removed if needed (useful for washing or for hiding tiny surprises). The smaller bears are fully stitched and sealed — no sneaky zips there.

Yep! You can usually add names, dates, initials, or short messages depending on the space. Just don’t try to fit a full poem on the bear’s tummy — we have limits!

Yes! Our Slates are perfect for outdoor use - it is what it is made for!

Our acrylic signs however are designed for indoor use — if you're planning to use them outside (e.g. weddings, door decor), make sure they’re protected from rain, wind, and extreme sun. They’re durable, but not indestructible.
