From Our Family to Yours

Hi! We’re the family behind Crafted Memories — "mildly" overworked, highly caffeinated humans doing our best to turn love, chaos, and creativity into something meaningful. Family by blood, love, and shared stress levels, we built this little business around one big idea: gifts should tell a story.

We started this whole thing in December 2022, squeezed around one dining table, armed with a stack of blank keychains, a lot of ambition, and absolutely no idea what we were doing. Our goal? Save up enough to buy a UV printer. (We did! From China! It never worked. 🙃)

But that didn’t stop us. We moved onto personalised teddies, embroidered hoodies, custom gifts, and — let’s be real — a lot of panicked family group chats. Today, we’ve shipped over 100,000 gifts to 45+ countries, survived Christmas chaos (barely), and grown into a team of six  — all running on love, spreadsheets, and delivery snacks. 

At Christmas, our parents join in. Even our 6-year-old niece gets involved (yes, child labour, but only when she's in the mood). We’re not a factory, we’re not fancy — we’re just a family doing our best to make things that actually mean something. 

We’ve had our fair share of “what are we doing?” moments. From a literal embroidery needle through a finger, to driving across the country for a machine part, only to find out the machine fixed itself (thanks for that — and for the flat tire on the way back), to realising we didn’t think about what anyone was having for lunch until 5PM. 

But for every panic, there’s been a parcel. A moment. A customer who cried (the good kind). A hoodie that made someone feel loved. A teddy that became someone’s keepsake. A gift that turned into a memory.

That’s what we’re here for. That’s why we’re called Crafted Memories.
