About Us

Crafted Memories began in December 2022 with a dining table, a stack of blank keyrings and an idea: to make gifts that mean something.

Our first goal was simple — sell enough to buy a UV printer. What followed involved plenty of learning, some questionable equipment decisions and a group chat that would never be quiet again.

But that dining table was the beginning of something we’re incredibly proud of.

Since then, we’ve shipped over 250,000 gifts, helping people celebrate birthdays, welcome new arrivals, mark anniversaries, remember loved ones and make their favourite people laugh.

Today, Crafted Memories is an independent business with family at its roots and a dedicated team behind it. Our range has grown from those first keyrings to embroidered clothing, personalised teddies, photo gifts, plaques and T-shirts with rather a lot of personality.

We create and personalise gifts in our UK workshop, bringing together design, printing and embroidery to turn your ideas into something you can give, wear or keep.

And it all starts with your details.

A name might belong to a much-wanted new arrival. A date could mark the day you met. A photograph might be your favourite memory of someone you miss. And that slightly ridiculous phrase? An inside joke that absolutely deserves its own T-shirt.

Those details are the whole point.

We’ve spent the years since that first Christmas building our skills, investing in equipment and improving how we work. Behind each order are people preparing artwork, printing, stitching, checking and packing — each playing their part in getting your gift ready.

What makes it worthwhile is hearing what those gifts mean once they arrive. The teddy that becomes a keepsake. The matching hoodies worn long after the wedding. The present that gets exactly the reaction you hoped for.

Sometimes that’s happy tears. Sometimes it’s your best friend laughing at a gloriously over-the-top bootleg tee.

Both count.
