Important Update: Your 2025 Christmas & New Year Shipping Guide
Can you believe Christmas is almost here? The festive rush is truly upon us here at the Crafted Memories workshop! We are working incredibly hard to get your thoughtful gifts wrapped and on their way.
To manage expectations and ensure you know exactly when your orders will arrive during this busy period, we have put together our final shipping schedule for 2025 and the start of the New Year.
🎄 Christmas Shipping Deadlines
We know how important it is for those special gifts to arrive on time.

The Official Cut-Off: Our last recommended shipping date for guaranteed Christmas delivery was yesterday, December 22nd.
A Note on Today, December 23rd: While Royal Mail is still offering their "Special Delivery by 1pm" service for delivery in time for Christmas on orders placed today, we strongly advise against relying on this service.
Royal Mail is working exceptionally hard, but their networks are likely to be overwhelmed at this very last minute. While it might arrive, there is a significant risk it may not make it until after the big day.
💤 Giving the Team a Well-Deserved Break
After a whirlwind year creating memories for you all, our amazing team will be taking a short break to rest, recharge, and enjoy the festivities with their own families.
Here is our shipping schedule over the holiday break:

Christmas Closure: All orders placed on or after 2pm GMT today, December 23rd, will be dispatched when we return on December 29th.

New Year Closure: All orders placed after 2pm on December 30th will be dispatched in the New Year on January 2nd, 2026.
