Garment Half Chest: Lay a garment flat on a table, measure from 2cm under the sleeve from one side to the other (front of garment)
Length: Lay a garment flat on a table, Locate the highest point of the hoodie, which is typically the seam where the shoulder meets the neck or the top edge of the hood's opening. measure straight down from the top point to the bottom edge of the hem.
