Originally known as Gifts Handmade, Crafted Memories sprouted from a simple yet profound realization. Coming off of the back of Covid as things started to return to the "new normal" which to us seemed a more everything is slow and we'll keep using covid as an excuse! We sought a significant change. It was amidst this period that the foundation of Crafted Memories was laid.

The pivotal moment came unexpectedly when we stumbled upon an Etsy listing for handmade keychains. Armed with a knack for crafting and an underused laser engraver, we were inspired not only by the potential to create but also by the opportunity to enhance the customer service experience which seemed lacking in the reviews we read. This blend of artisan skill and a commitment to service excellence formed the cornerstone of our budding enterprise.

From Keychains to Keepsakes

Our initial product, a handcrafted keychain, was more than just an item; it was a test of our capabilities and the market's response. The reception was overwhelmingly positive, fuelling our passion and confirming the demand for personalised, thoughtful gifts. The keychain was just the beginning. Soon, our range expanded to include personalised teddy bears for special occasions, and bespoke Hoodies, each crafted with meticulous attention to detail.

As word spread and demand grew, so did our operations. We embraced new machinery and techniques, expanding our team to keep pace with orders. Our journey through that first year was nothing short of meteoric, as we delivered over 50,000 gifts across 31 countries, a testament to our commitment and the support of our customers.
