Personalised Photo Gifts: Photo Teddies, Tees & Keepsakes
A photo gift takes something you already love - a picture - and turns it into something you can hold. A teddy, a t-shirt, a framed keepsake. It is the kind of present that lands because it is about a specific moment, not a generic thing off a shelf. Here is our guide to personalised photo gifts, from photo teddies to wearable prints, and how to get the best result from your picture.
Photo teddy bears
A photo teddy is our most popular photo gift, and it is easy to see why - a favourite picture printed onto a soft bear you actually keep. The personalised photo teddy is the one people come back for, and the custom photo teddy keepsake works well for an anniversary, a memorial or any occasion where the picture is the whole point.
Wearable photo gifts
If you want the photo out in the world rather than on a shelf, put it on a tee. The custom photo outline t-shirt turns a picture into clean line art, and the polaroid photo and text tee keeps the full picture with a caption underneath. Both are made to order with your image.
Getting the best result from your photo: a clear, well-lit picture always prints better than a dark or blurry one. Faces should be in focus and not too far away. If you are choosing between two, go with the sharper one - it makes more difference than the pose.
Framed photo keepsakes
For something that sits at home, a framed photo keepsake does the job. The personalised photo frame and the A5 full photo acrylic plaque both turn a picture into a piece of decor, and the acrylic plaque makes a strong Christmas keepsake if you are shopping ahead.
Which photo gift to choose
Think about where it will live. If it is a keepsake to hold onto, a photo teddy or a frame. If they will use it, a tee. If it is for a specific occasion, match the format to it - a memorial suits a teddy or frame, a birthday or anniversary suits a wearable. Whatever you pick, the picture does the heavy lifting, so start there and choose the product around it. Shopping for a birthday? See our personalised birthday gift ideas.
